so my ob wants me to get the tdap shot before babyboy gets here , what're the pros and cons to not getting it ? because im pretty sure i did not get it with my daughter

Helps protect baby from whooping cough got it when I was pregnant my daughter never had any problems
well.. it helps protect baby from whooping cough which has made a pretty big comeback.. cons, it makes your arm sore and you could end up sick for a few days afterwards. which happened to me, but if wasn't bad and didn't harm my baby girl. it was more of a nuisance than anything. I think the pros outweigh the cons by a long shot. whooping cough is absolutely heartbreaking. just do your own research (:
