by when you should have risk assessment done in your workplace?

Probably by about 12 weeks, but I told my boss early

@jo1993, I had my risk assessments done every 2 weeks, as I was a nightclub assistant manager and done office jobs in the day. I wrote a letter to cover me to my manager stating I was pregnant and when I'm due, as we had a new manager. It just protects you against if anything were to happen, and they can't get out of the fact they've been told your pregnant! I'd get on their case straight away they are breaking the law!!!!! X

Like @kerrykay said. Also read through it or go through it with the person in charge and sign it and get a copy xx

Also you must get a copy of the risk assessment completed form!!

Oh dear. It should be done ASAP.

I've never had one

mine should have been done 9 weeks ago, I'm sat on a chair not fit for purpose and people are still trying to get me to do heavy lifting 😂 how's bugger off sound x

I think my manager is waiting till I will be 20 weeks before doing it for me. I already massage big boss and waiting for reply from him and we will see what will happen. thanks to all of you xxxx.

I had one about 20 weeks and they knew I was pregnant around 7 weeks x

I've not had one my whole way through my pregnancy, make sure you ask your manager to do one as it is the law xxx

I did that when I was 7 weeks pregnant now I'm 14 and I'm still waiting for it....

as soon as possible after u have informed yr work of yr pregnancy x
