I simple need help. Period. Lol like I'm starting truly from the bottom and ii don't know how to start this health journey. I'm not huge but I'm no where near where I think ii should or where ii would like to be. I think for me it's more of a toning situation than anything. I'm getting a "mommy tummy" and wings on my back!!😩😩😩 ii hate it. So any help/advice is better than nothing

I am here, feel free to pick my brain. A great starting place for many new moms is The Eat Clean Diet Recharged by Tosca Reno. Most of your progress will come from what you are eating and when. Message me if you have specific questions :)

Jamie Eason has a free program for new moms and also a couple others. I haven't had a baby yet so I'm not sure how that pp program is but I know she is awesome and her programs are easy to follow. You can find them on bodybuilding.com. I have an app called bodyspace that I track all my workouts on and you can pull up her program on there to follow/track. Plus there are videos for all the exercises and tips!
