My son is almost 9 months old now and he still doesn't sleep through the night...I don't let him…

my son is 2 and still wakes up sometime. it just happens I guess

do you warm the bottle with the cereal , that helped my daughter

He's acting like he is a new born still. I'm sleep deprived. 😩

try only one nap time a day it will help. bc my daughter use to sleep 2 times a day she use to stay up till 2-3am even than only sleep like 2hr and would wake up ( that was before she turned 1).

my nephew was 2 before he slept through the night it just different with all kids

I could try that but he has his last bottle (before bed cause he has a bottom or two in the middle of the night) 30 mins to an hour before I lay him down. @motheroftwojk

@tinushja84, I have also tried that but its almost impossible to keep him up. He absolutely like needs to have 2 naps. He will fall asleep while I'm trying to jeep him up. :/ @chunkymonkey9115 my daughter was the same way. she still wakes up and she's 3 years old. she wakes up once or twice to go pee. so between them two I don't get more than like 3 hours of sleep. I'm drained.

My daughter would constantly wake up during the night when we have her rice cereal in her bedtime bottle. Since we stopped doing that she's actually sleeping better. She wakes up once. Other than the one time she usually sleeps from 10:30-8:30

@andiryan93, I wasn't giving him the cereal at bedtime and then people me were telling me to try to give it to him cause it would help him sleep and still no change. I'm becoming desperate to get some shut eye. 😣

right before putting him down to sleep I would give him the warm bottle of cereal ,let him fall asleep off of that bottle that's what I did with my daughter right after a warm bath and she slept through the night I also only let her nap maybe twice but for a Hour At The Most no longer than that

babies sleeping through the night actually have a lot less to do with what you feed them or naps during the day. it's about their maturity. some babies mature faster & start sleeping through the night faster than others but also around 9 months they start to develop separation anxiety which will cause them to wake up constantly because they miss you.

in other words you aren't doing anything wrong some babies just don't sleep through the night like i did & some sleep through the night very early like my son did.

my son didn't sleep through the night until he was 1!
