Need advice!! I'm kinda freaking out getting nervous thinking I'm in real labor!! I'm having tightening and lots of pressure but can't really tell if it's contractions or him moving?! & also really achy stomach and feels like I have to poop

labor ... my nurse said anytime I have the tightening and it gets to the point where I feel like I have to poop then call for them asap

So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔

The Chinese gender predictor says I'm having a girl so I'm having a girl😂 I really don't know until next month BUT I'm going with it. (Only cus I want a girl)
