yes its normal. im not sure what it is exactly. i just drink water or change positions that im laying. it happens when im laying on my back.

@beautymarkk23, it's such s horrible feeling I had it all night last night I thought I was having a panic attack and I got no sleep and no matter what position I was laying I still got it ...

Sounds like anxiety I suffer from it and also take meds @avacollette

Had it through out my pregnancy. Very normal.

Sounds like palpitations. Normal for pregnancy. The increase in blood flow makes the heart work a little harder.
