Everytime I roll over in bed one of my pelvic or back bones pop. The popping itself isn't painful but rolling over is such a bitch it's so intense 😩

Any tips for baby rolling over in crib and not able to roll back over on own ? It scares me so much and I am constantly watching and checking on him or getting woke up to him screaming because he can’t roll back over 😭
