I eat bass all the time. I love it. my fav fish to eat!!

fish of any kind (minus sushi) is great to eat while pregnant. the omega 3 that the fish have are very very healthy for you AND baby.

I ate catfish when I was pregnant and didn't have any problems I think bass is ok
