gripe water works great for many things however shots are probably not one of them. sorry.

Your child is a yr old so it's fine. A 2 month old on the other hand can only take Tylenol.

@lilanne1927, I've given my son medicine with ibuprofen in it since he was little and he's fine and I talk to his doctors about it soooo 🙃

Ibuprofen goes by weight and babies can't have it tell 6 months due to the liver and kidney is not mature enough plus you give that every 4-6 hours. My 2 month old was fussy for about a week after his first set so we did a lot of skin to skin, some infant Tylenol and warm baths.

If he's fussy because of shots that won't work. My son got shots and had a fever on and off and was fussy for a week straight. I'd give him medicine with ibuprofen in it every 3 hours

Did you do the Tylenol most likely it's because they are running a fever the grips water won't really help we just do lots of snuggling and books
