Tylenol, warm cloth, heating pads & this horrible pain in my nipple won't go away being pregnant is def not fun

Have you tried a cold compress instead of warm? Not sure why it's aching but hopefully it gets better! Good luck momma!

I get a really bad burning pain some times and they will get really hard and just so much pain and it helps when I get in a hot shower and let it run on my chest
