try breathing in steam from boiling water by putting a towel over your head and face and a bowl of hot boiling water, helps a lot. Or sit in the bathroom with the shower on as hot as possible and breathe the steam

Pretty sure you can't because there are other ingredients in it other than Tylenol that are unsafe for the baby - I also believe that one has alcohol in it
