does anybody know how to help with heat rash on baby's face... she just gets so hot when we bf. between that and the baby acne I feel horrible.

If you have some breast milk pumped. Wash her up in it like a regular bath and put enough breast milk in it to make it cloudy from your breast milk. And make sure you wipe her face and stuff with it.
