OK so my BD ex wife dad is in the hospital and he just leaves to go to the hospital at 630 am. like no hesitation I'm sorry but am I the only one who thinks this is strange? my own mother was recently in the hospital for well over a well it took him DAYS to take me Nd even that was like pulling teeth. then he asks me right before he leave right now if I was mad, so that alone just shows he knows it's wrong, right? am I a heartless bitch?? I'm really tired of hiom always making me the bad guy...I'm 37 weeks pregnant with my first and his fourth and it always feels like he cares about his ex wife more than me and how he looks. like I'm sorry but a condolences on him being in the hospital is appropriate to me but no need to leave to the hospital...am I wrong?

If he doesn't have a personal connection with the dad I don't see why he would be so worried. I would understand if maybe they were close when he was with his ex. But if that's not the case then no, his ass better be staying home. It's also very rude of him to delay seeing your mom when she was in the hospital.
he was inconsiderate with your mom being in the hospital. 25 years is a long time. it is a common thought that when you divorce or break up that you cut ties with their family. but that is just simply not always the case.
yeah there are no boundaries I think that's the problem and he doesn't know how to talk be just doesn't understand a thing I say so I wouldn't even know how to explain the concept of boundaries to him in a way he could understand. it's always like he knows everything and I know nothing @ashleysmith

how long were they married? if he has kids in there 20's then her parents have been apart of his life for years. he should of been more sensitive of your feelings.
Maybe you should talk to him and tell him that it bothered you and there should be boundaries when it comes to her cuz he's no longer in a relationship with her he's with you now @missbets

Nope ur not wrong that's his EX wife's family why is he still worried about them...he could've simply just told her I hope he gets better soon and left it at that I would be pissed if my fiancé left to the hospital for his bm cuz they r done if it's not about the kid then she shouldn't have said anything but that's just what I think
