My son wakes up at 7, I play with him and feed him he takes nap at 9 until 11, let him roll around, baby food, bottle and is back to napping by 1:30 is up by 4 plays around naps at 6:3-8 plays around, bottle, dark room and rock him falls asleep by 9:30 wakes up at 1am for 4oz, and sleeps until 7 sometimes 8 if I keep him up thru the day and not let him nap at 630 buts that's only when I'm really tired and want to sleep in lol. He's been on that schedule since he was maybe 2 months lol. He likes his naps and I get a lot done!
