nooo , even in the state of Alabama the grandparents Dont even have rights to the baby if you disallowed them to see the baby

not usually unless youre unfit. most states have some grandparents' rights but its usually just the right to go to court, doesnt mean they can get anything out of it. the only people entitled to visitation in most states are non-custodial parents and sometimes siblings.
no. there are grandparent rights which is when the grandparents can do it, but nobody else.
