I need some help ladies! I need to know what I should do in a situation like this!

My manager at work has been talking crap about me around the work place to other employees. Here is when it started... I found out I was pregnant at 9 weeks.. I told my manager the news because I had to leave early due to an appointment. After she found out, she has been such a b*tch. I ended up getting hand foot and mouth with a temp of 100.7 and she told me I had to come into work. She has been wanting me to lift heavy boxes and crates up a step stool and put them on a shelf or stack them in stacks taller than me. I have endometriosis and lately have been getting lightheaded, dizzy with a lot of cramping when I lift too much. So since I don't do it and ask for help she tells people I am "lazy" and just want people too feel sorry for me. I heard she has also called me a "dumbass." There is more to the story but won't get into more detail. I have went to the manager ahead of her and he has not done anything. I would quit but I am moving in less than two months to a completely different state and don't think anyone would hire me for that short amount of time, but I do need the income for the big move. Could I turn her into the business bureau?

Can your doctor give you a note regarding your medical history and recommend modified work i.e. No lifting etc. If you have something from your doctor saying it's not safe and she continues to mistreat you then you can file for a civil rights lawsuit, it's a form of discrimination.
