McDonalds employees are protesting for $15 minimum wage... 😒😒 TF is the point of anyone going to school to get a career…

where I live in northern Cali minimum wage is 10$ an hr gas is 2.97 and milk is about 4.50 a gallon...and that's NOT organic eggs cost like 5-6$ a dozen so here anyway when minimum wage went up so did everything else....Cali is expensive in general tho

as far as I know it's mainly New York that is protesting that. not every states minimum wage is reflective of cost of living. some times the cost of living goes up but neither does the pay. I think it's sad people in gas stations get paid more then emts in some states.

I think the minimum wage needs to be raised in general but not to 15, that's obsurd. I made 15-18 as a nanny but you need experience to do that. Unfortunately the minimum wage hasn't been where it's supposed to be in a long time and the cost of living keeps going up.

where ???😂😂😂 they're not protesting in the state of Nevada buy it just depends where you stand with them 8.25 crew member managers 10.50 but then again everything is cheap in Nevada so you can get your own spot on 8.25 😂😂 shit I work there and I have no shame..I'm fine with the pay I'm getting I'm starting my EMT career next year after I have my baby

@kimlovesherboys, good, because that's crazy. fast food isn't a career, its just something to get by for the time being and i think if they pay that much then everyone will try to work there forever. but I know here in Chicago they just did or are going to raise the minimum wage.

@camryns.mommy16, they make minimum wage. but they say if they do put the pay at $15 an hour prices will go up on the menu and they will require the workers to have a diploma or at least some college under their belt.
