so Jordyn is on a every 3 hour feeding and sometimes she misses a feeding because she sleeps like literally 20 hours a day. lol. how do I get her to eat? she acts starved out if she misses a feeding because she slept thru it. I need help.

Waking to feed? My dd is a week old and I was told by her doctor to wake her every 2 hours during the day and 3-4 hours at night to feed her. For the first 3 days I did that and when I would wake her fit a night feeding she was fussy and usually wouldn't go back to sleep and would want to nurse constantly until about 9 am. I tried not waking her last night and she slept beautifully! She woke up around 6 hours in and ate then slept another hour or so and ate again. Is it ok to let her sleep?

Glucose Test Attempt #2: So I get to my OB's office & chug the drink and sat for about 20 minutes & then an RN comes out & informs me that she thought I was taking the 1 hour one & that she was supposed to draw my blood before I drank the drink.. AND she gave me the wrong drink..... Now I have to come back TOMORROW.... AGAIN.... And do this for the THIRD time! Pissed is an understatement. If I fail because I have this sugar in my system I'm going to be furious. Especially because I missed an hour (and counting) of work already this morning & have to miss 4 hours tomorrow. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am FUMING!!!!!!!!
