Is this tea safe to have?

Chamomile tea is actually okay, well what I have been told by doctors and nurses. But not this tea, it has some herbs in it that can soften your cervix.

My doctor actually recommended this for me to relax . I drank it my whole pregnancy. But every doctor is different . So I would ask

No, it has chamomile in it which I read can cause contractions. Try kava kava tea. Not a lot of studies on it but it's been used for years and helps with calming and sleep.
