ok i got a question... its a tmi one... but. this is my first time ive been going thru this and this is my 4th bby.... so im 34 weeks along and i keep having the need to poop but its like im constipated... when i try to go its horrible. i feel like i need to push so hard but if i do i can hurt myself.... is anyone going thru this?

yup I'm in the same boat! I'm 32 weeks and I swear I sit as long as I can. But I'm so scared to get hemorrhoids!!! So I try not to push hard. it's annoying . I drink tons of water just ate watermelon so fingers crossed lol.

Lots of water, watermelon (natures laxative I swear lol) and Colace. Try warm lemon water first thing in the AM as well every day. Lots of fiber!
I went threw really bad constipation .. I drank water first thing in the morning and it seemed to help me ... I read 2 cups of warm water helps constipation as well as prune juice
mmmm, yeah I went through that towards the end of my pregnancy. don't push to hard just sit on there as long as you could maybe try stool softeners because hemorrhoids can occur and they suck.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
