3 days after labour... I was cut in my labour! My stitches are still obviously tender but tonight they are more sore than normal. Had a shower and just washed with water/shower head but now I'm just uncomfortable and finding it hard to move! Taken tablets, midwife is looking tomorrow but Jesus I'm sore! Sorry is TMI but anyone with some advice?!?
A few drops of tea tree oil in the bath, when I had my stitches after birth that's what I did. It has natural anti-bacterial properties & should help with healing.
i agree with @winterbaby95 a nice soak in the bath is what helped me xx
Sit in the bath for an hour :) Everyday..few times aday if you can :) Take paracetamol :) You can also put your pads in the freezer to make them cool :) Get a childrens swimming ring to sit on :) that way you aren't sitting on the stitches :) xx
My stitches where awful for the first week and a few days! I also has lots of internal stitches, I ended up in hospital with the pain! Get your midwife to have a decent look as it could be a case of thrush as well which is very common after giving birth apparently! Also when drying and wiping after a wash or a wee try to pat dry rather than rub! @sheffield94446 hope you recover quickly! Xx
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
