Pillow does help a lot during bedtime, without one I wake up pain. Keep your knees together when turning in bed, sitting down have them no more then hip width apart, don't cross your legs and most importantly don't push through the pain. Once you start aching take a break
Someone Ino has told me that pregnancy pillow helps so I might have to get me one of those 😟I'm only 24 weeks tomorrow they said its early to have this now and that it will only get worse lol reassuring ! Xx
