Breastfeeding mommas, question!!
Please no judging. I didn't any alcohol during my pregnancy and of course not now either because I just had her. But if you're breastfeeding can you have an occasional drink? I don't mean shots or anything but like one drink. I don't want to if I shouldn't.
I cringe when females say they don't like water and all they drink is soda and juice.... yuck lol
need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
ANY MOM'S BREASTFEEDING? I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF DRINKING BEER OR WINE IS OK WHILE BREASTFEEDING?
I googled & it said you can’t drink while breastfeeding, I’m not meaning Hard liquor. I was saying maybe a little margarita or a glass of wine ..? You can’t drink Nothing Period ??
How many bottles of water are we suppose to drink? They always say the baby has enough fluid but I don't think I drink enough

Pump and dump isn't accurate for one drink. Sober to drive, sober to feed

I would get the test strips so you can see, everyone is different but I would give him/her breast milk even if you only had one drink. You may have to pump and dump it.

And you don't have to pump if you've had only 1. 1 drink isn't enough to affect your milk or baby. sober enough to drive means sober enough to nurse.

Yes I'll advise that you pump before though and make sure its enough.It takes 24 hrs for alcohol to release out your system.
