Turns out, I don't have mastitis. I just have a bunch of tiny plugged ducts all over in both boobs! Doctor said to shower in hot water 2-3 times a day and massaaaaaaage, then feed or pump! I know why I kept getting them. I kept trying to bring down my number of pumping sessions. I went from 8x a day and night to 2-3 times. I brought it down to 1 and now I am suffering for it. I think pumping 2 times a day is okay. I'll stop trying to change and just live with this. Breastfeeding will be the end of me.
