I'm craving wine but I'm scared to drink 😩

I never pumped and dumped. I always pumped before I went for drinks and when it was time to feed the baby I had test strips to test my milk. They say how many drinks you have is the amount of hours you have to wait to feed the baby, but I never got drunk had wine most of the time or a couple beers. @nadeah

Pump and dump just means you pump for a certain about of time and throw out all of the milk that you do pump! Sometimes you have to pump throughout the day and throw each batch of milk out or sometimes you don't have to do it throughout the day 😊

If you're breastfeeding and your worried, you only have to pump and dump if you get completely drunk. Everything I've read says if you're good to drive, you're good to nurse. (: you can always call your doctor to make sure though!
