so my milk came in 3 days pp and its now day 6 and the leak through everything! i put a breast pad on last night and after i fed my son went back to sleep and i woke up in a puddle! should i pump after i feed him or just deal with it untill it regulates?

Pumping will make you produce more milk. It won't help the issue

my mom use to have ro use a towel instead of nursing pads. try wrapping one around u at night

you'll just have to wait it out. i was the same through pregnancy & after i gave birth but once i regulated around 4 weeks i haven't leaked since.

diapers instead of nursing pads. the newborn ones are small enough to fit into a bra. only thing that worked for me.

don't pump to early ..try taking a warm bath to help them drain
