Sent home from work just 2 hours in for being sick every 10 minutes or so. Exhausted! Any tips on holding food down? I've tried ginger biscuits first thing in the morning but this is crazy and tiring 😴
@newmommyapril, I never thought I'd drink the stuff but Schweppes is the only one I like and it just takes like lemonade now 😉x good luck!

@me wmommyapril, you port thing!!! Mine lasted till past 20 odd weeks was dreadful!! I just stayed in bed most days feeling sorry for myself I only really ate toast aswel xx

Haha I am pretty fed up of ginger now tbh @cookedsushi 😂 and I've tried little and often! The only thing I keep down is my dinner in the evening, which as I've hardly eaten all day is usually a reasonably decent sized portion 🐷 sorry you're suffering so badly 🙁 maybe the key here is massive meals 8 times a day? 😂 evening meal size plus eating often... (I'm kidding of course).
If it gets any worse I'll take a trip to the docs. Work have been relatively supportive so far but I don't want to push it! I'll just keep sleeping as much as I can for now xx
@newmommyapril, I remember ice pops helped!!! Yeah it was horrid 😂 and think it's starting to come back a little 🙈 hope yours disappears soon!! Xx
