I have it now slightly but had it terribly during my last pregnancy. I was told by my Dr., to ease the pressure through the night, keep them propped up on a thick pillow and try to keep them straight. Helped so much! That's why I don't think I have it as bad this time. Also, if you can, get an arm brace and take turns on each arm for about 2 hours each. If it's just in one arm then just keep it on the one. Good luck! It does go away post baby.
No. But I do have severe arthritis in my knees and I'm going to be 38 weeks tomorrow. 😩 so I definitely know what it feels like to be in constant pain.

Me! My hands hurt so bad! But since it has been getting hotter out they aren't as bad. But I have had it before I was pregnant
