@2014mama1993,
my home nurse just told me she would bring me some. 😊 we talked alot about breastfeeding since that seems to be a really big concern of mines. I'll looking into what can keep my supply going I heard about mothers milk tea (I think that's what it's called🤔) and maybe I can start drinking it before he comes?
did the hospital give you a breast pump?
I do I had to use a nipple shield but I only breast fed my daughter for a month because she wasn't gaining weight and I was in alot of pain but this time I wanna try alot harder to accomplish successfully breastfeeding back then I also didn't know there was foods nd stuff to increase ur milk supply nd mine was low and I hear if you pump even for a few minutes after ur milk is done it helps keep ur milk supply up I saw alot of good tips on pinterest also I didn't know ur not supposed to microwave breast milk so idk if that may have been a reason my daughter didn't gain at first but I plan to use the nipple shield again I got one for free from the hospital wen I delivered u can request one to if they don't offer it to u. my main problem with having inverted nipples was getting them out enough for my daughter to latch on correctly.
I have no idea what that is lol..... Guess it's time to start doing some research. thank you @mookie1
