yeah its protocol because you can get blood clots in your legs from not walking I just said don't overdo it you know

And I didn't get staples I had glue, I don't know if that makes any difference

I'll be 2 weeks post op on Thursday as well and I stopped taking my pain meds last Friday and I've felt perfectly fine since, it only hurts if I forget and walk too fast but other than that I feel normal, I think it depends on each person

but don't over do it because you can hurt yourself just because you're up and walking the next day it's not a good thing the only reason I was up and walking was because it was my third time going through it I was used to it but you really should give your body time to heal and just be careful because you can reopen the incision by doing too much

I was up walking the next day as well. it was my first one, I'm two weeks post op Thursday, had my staples removed 5 days after. stopped taking my pain meds a few days after I got home so I could care for my son better. I go to the Dr Friday to have my incision rechecked @debbiecakez22

it depends on your body honestly and tolerance of pain I've had 3 and it was different each time after my 3rd I was up walking the next day cuz I know what to expect and knew exactly what medicines help me
