has anyone use mother's milk?

try steel cut oats with brewers yeast and milled flax. You can also use those same 3 ingredients to make cookies. Just find an oatmeal or choc chip recipe and add it in.

fenugreek pills work as well.....fenugreek is the main ingredient in the tea

I drink it. It's not even he best tasting but after I brew it hot I dilute it with Cold water and it's fine.
