my son had thrush you need to go to the dr it can be painful for them the dr will prescribe a bottle of nystatin and after 2 doses a day it should be gone in 4-5 days. and its good cause they prescribe a pretty big bottle so incase it happens again.

Thrush won't come off. If it is thrush you can use nystatkn (prescribed) or genetian violet.

If it's truly thrush it won't rub off if it does its just milk thrush you need meds for

Take a baby tooth brush and softly brush his tongue or wet a baby wash cloth and put it on your finger and rub the milk off his tongue
