@amyloux, I know exactly what you are going through emotionally but unfortunately when I miscarried naturally 4 weeks ago the physical pain wasn't bad. I hope that you find something to help with that and I hope emotionally you are doing better. If you ever wish to talk to anyone without feeling that you are burdening them please feel free to message me. I know that sometimes I can't talk to anyone about how I am feeling because I feel like I am putting it on them. I also feel sometimes as if people have moved on from my loss and although sometimes I do feel as though I have accepted my tragedy sometimes I am hit with a wave of sadness and loss so strong that it leaves me breathless for a while.

I am hear as a listening ear if you ever need it.

@babyslack, that is an amazing thing to do. I was thinking of doing some kind of event for that charity but in order to get the support etc for it i would have to tell more people why I'm doing it and I'm not sure I could face that yet. maybe in time hopefully. xx ps your last sentence brought a tear to my eye. I kept it very quiet when I miscarried too. Only my mum and best friend (and OH obviously) knew I was even pregnant so I just kept everything to myself and didn't talk to anyone. I signed up to do some fundraising for Genesis Research Trust who find research into miscarriage and stillbirth etc, and posted a blog post telling everyone what had happened to me and why I'm fundraising. It helped me so much! It's hard to open up but it does help. You will get through it and you will be stronger on the other side. Your gorgeous little angel baby will be watching over you forever and there will be a day when your rainbow will come ❤️ xx

I couldn't believe it when they sent me away @nadsx316 they knew that I had obviously lost them cause in 3 days he shrunk my 0.5mm but they still couldn't do anything was the stupidest thing I've ever heard xx

I agree @tresea not only that I found it a lot easier to express myself through typing then I do in person so this app and all you ladies are a godsend 😘

I had one 3 weeks ago (my first pregnancy too) I actually was at work and ended up going to the hospital. they gave me oral morth and sent me home. I layer on the couch in all 4s in the end with a hot water bottle and kept taking Co codamol. so sorry for your loss hun I honestly feel your pain xxx

No problem hun, you are very welcome...I can't believe that they can treat people like this I'm so sorry...they should still offer some sort of help regardless of their size, it's an awful experience to go through and you get contractions too so why not make sure that the mother is as comfortable as possible!...If the pain continues to get worse and you find that it's too much to bare then you should go to A&E because I'm sure they'll help you there, it's wrong that you're having to go through this without any medical care xx

I think it's a really hard thing to talk to your OH about as they don't fully understand but it's also a very hard thing to be open to anyone about but really helps if there's someone you can trust I lost my second babys twin as well and found it a lot better because I talked about it right away and got a lot of sport xx

@tresea, I completely get what your saying I had no one to talk to last time and I also felt weird talking to my OH about it as I felt I had let him down I drank quite a bit until I even mentioned it to someone. That's why I'm trying really hard to be open about it all this time xx
