it's mainly due to bacteria or other things in the food. Shellfish and ocean fish is due to the amount of mercury that could accumulate in the fish. The lunchmeat thing.... I think is stupid.. I've ignored that and the "no medium or rare steak".

yes I know they was asking me why I can't eat hot dogs and I was like because of the chemical in them
