So my husband bought this for me. Before I go further let me remind you all he bought a motorcycle for 2800. The ring is about 1700, paying it monthly. After he got the bike he needed a new battery, new this, new that, he puts it in the kitchen, etc. I didnt complain. I wanted him to have the bike because he has wanted one for a while. He has had it for a month now.
Well today he took me into the jewelery store and told me to just pick a ring. I did. I even opted for the cheaper priced one, Its my push present, along with it, I have a giant bear with the army jacket and hat on it. Well now, an hour later at home, Im looking at it, happy with it, and suddenly hes complaining about how exspensive it is, suddenly the baby is a issue with money, suddenly hes saying he should have said to put it back, making me feel like shit for having money spent.. But I fidnt say shit about his bike. Now I feel guilty for even having it.. for fucks sake My mother bought my wedding ring, and it was 88 dollars, and said he bought it, but I knew she did. I didnt even tell him that I know. I never want to make him feel like a gift was pointless. I never judge what he has, but its okay to make me feel like shit, on our sons due date, while Im in horrible pain, and wanting him out, but no contractions close together.. He also spent 30 dollars on a online video game that he barely plays. Why do I have to be put down?.. Why cant I enjoy one last thing like this before the baby comes.. Fine. Take the ring away, give it back, and continue to have your motorcycle, and play your games.. Ill sit, and enjoy you enjoying things I guess. 😢

You deserve nice things too, once the baby comes yes, you will always put yourself and what you want last. put your foot down, you're the wife that runs the house, let him know whos boss! I was reading some of your posts, you're the one holding that house together. You make dinner, he don't eat it at the table like a family, you throw that shit in the trash! Tell him he had his chance! When your baby is older,.lete tell you having 3 kids and my oldest i had when I was 20 (hes almost 13) the most important thing was eating dinner together! wow smh you don't deserve that. he's too comfortable with you letting him do that crap so he's going to continue it. you are carrying the most important thing between you two and he needs to be more supportive and not take something back or put you down for going along with his spur of the moment good will. this is you husband and you are his wife. don't let him make you feel any less than that. if he wants to complain, take back the reigns and tell him to complain about that damn bike or video games.your worth more than that and I hope he starts to see that soon. your creating a life and you deserve it all
