My daughter has been getting these random bumps they will only show up a few at a time and disappear by the next day. Does anyone know what these could be? (Sorry I know the picture isn't that good but getting a 6 month old to sit still is really hard)

I just need to vent for a minute. So my exes mom is involved with my daughter a lot so she watches her sometimes while I'm at work and I come to get her today and she's gone she went out of town with my child without even letting me know
