When I barely eat I produce nothing really... Eating and water intake makes a huge difference. I try to focus my myself to eat. The extra calories really are important I'm seeing
I bf everyday I don't really pump and I don't eat much either
I'm confused on the wording.. you do or don't bf everyday? the best way to increase supply is to feed baby more often and pump in between. there are foods you can add into your diet, but it won't do you any good if you don't put baby to breast more often.

But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
What should i do i am very confused
Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec

Well I'll try to increase my eating I drink a lot of water especially if I don't eat much it's basically substitutes it for me but it would make sense to eat to increase my milk production
