Has anyone ever went on short term disability because of pregnancy? I'm beginning to really not be able to do my job and I feel like shit every day at work. There's so much pressure in my stomach when I stand for too long and it only gets worse if I bend down or have to keep getting up and down off the floor.

yep as a result I could only take 2.5 weeks off after babies birth cause she came early so spent my 1st week laboring in the hospital and the 2 weeks after was at home. it sucked but I had no more leave
Every company has different benefits it won't hurt to check with your hr but.... They most likely will make you jump through hoops. I hope all works out for you!
I know they had it at my past jobs but it was only for people who worked full time. How long have you been there? If you've been there a few years maybe they can make an exception if you even have to be full time to get it.
depends. I didn't qualify because I was part time.....check with your hr department
