Lunch meat isn't harmful. I've been eating it on and off my whole pregnancy. It's if you eat pounds and pounds of it on a regular basis. They just worry you because of bacteria but as long as the meat isn't old and it's stored right and the butcher has good meat to begin with there is nothing to worry about.

i had a ham and cheese grilled cheese earlier... i do not regret it one bit.

there is nothing wrong with lunchmeat. They only tell you to heat it up because it kills any bacteria that may be on it.. I've never had a problem and I keep mine cold. I can't stand warm sandwiches.

they recommend not eating lunch meat in packages at the store already processed, I make sure that they slice it for me. the past couple weeks I've been craving sandwiches, at first it sounded soo gross but once I made me a sandwich it was heaven and now it's all I crave
