my baby's dad withheld contact of our daughter at 3 days old and it took the police to get her back stupidly I went back to him a week later and it was all ok ish until she was a month old when we registered her he wouldn't let me talk for myself about what I wanted on the birth certificate and she ended up with his last name on the Saturday she was 5 weeks old he took her again he kicked my stomach and wouldn't tell me where he was taking my baby I was on the phone to my sister the whole time but he denys anything happened I was locked in his house so my sister phoned my dad and the police who had to get me out an hour and a half later he comes back with a tub of milk (the shop is 15 minutes away) and says he hasn't done anything they arrested him for assault and had him in custody for a day they waited while I got all of my stuff and went. I spoke to my solicitor and he advised contact in a contact centre so I agreed and he won't agree now him and his family are saying I'm with holding contact its not fair etc and they're taking me to court for full custody! from my point of view I'm doing the best for my daughter he already has a new girlfriend and isn't bothered most days about his daughter..

@harlie, went through the same thing when my daughter was the same age. Let's just say my daughter is nearly 7 and he has not seen her since she was a month old because he couldn't nit be bothered it was all talk. X
it depends on the circumstances because I was forced to give her a name then it's allowed apparently xx @jod1303

oh and I've also changed her name to noola Freddi rainbow Webb as a pose to noola kerry rainbow ward..xx
thank you ladies @jod1303 @tamz87 @purity463 I know it's domestic abuse however that's what he got arrested for 🙈 don't know if that sounded rude it wasn't meant to haha but the officers logged it as assault as more is done xxx
its called domestic abuse hun n thank d lord ur far far far away from the tosser no offence..very unlikely he will get full custody since you hav reported instances of violence to the police. .ur not silly for going back to him so dnt b hard on urself..u are d victim n allot bullies only oppress those that are weak/vulnerable by the power of control. hope all works out for u x@harlie
i say well done to you! you nor your daughter need to be around people like that. let him fight you for full custody, gettin arrested for assault wont side with him too well xx
