Last 2 morning I have went to change my almost 3MO daughters diaper to find this. Just in her morning diaper... When I wipe nothing. Should I be concerned, any advise? She also hasn't pooped in 24 hours.

A little Discharge is normal for little girls. Definitely do not give her apple juice.

My doctor told its normal for baby girls to bleed a little bit and or have white discharge

@ladyred, it's not coming from her butt though I don't believe it's more toward the front of her diaper..

give her apple juice or prune juice. 2oz of apple juice & 1oz of water mixed...my daughter had the same problem it works like magic!
