so im 3cm and 90 effaced and getting induced monday but i kinda feel like im starting to get contractions never went into labor on my own so on a scale of 1-10 how strong do they get usually?? can someone explain going into labor on your own and when to go in

I was induced with my first. but someone told me that their dr said when you can't sleep through the contractions or you can't talk through them and they're the right length apart that's when you go in.
