I'm taking Fenugreek. Within 3 days I TRIPLED what I was pumping. I also power pump. At least once a day pump 20 mins, rest 10, pump 10, rest 10. repeat for an hour. the more often you do it, the sooner it increases your supply. Water is your BEST friend. :)
