I sleep on my left side the turn on to my tummy but keep getting strange movements n bit of pain so worried me xxx

Yep, sleeping on your stomach is fine, strangely enough. The only position to avoid is sleeping on the back which I found myself in sometimes. 😅 xx But I managed to adapt sleeping on my left side (I prefer right) 😊

Its absolutely fine :) im 37 weeks and still sleep on my front! Obviously I keep my weight off of it as much as possible, but whatever position is comfortable for you :) you cant hurt baby xx
