Any tips on breastfeeding? It's super painful and I still only have colostrum. I'm worried that where it's so painful I won't want to stick through. Help!!
Okay ladies, I need some advice.. yesterday I started having weird pain that makes me extremely naseous on the ride side of my abdomen centered in the middle of it .. well it came and went and it's back again and I really want to throw up with this, it's turning into a sharp kind of pain.. and I don't know, it's an odd pain! I feel really weak but no fever.. Any thoughts?
Mom's that went natural no meds , was it painful? Or painful PAINFUL ? I got an epidural last time but I wanna go no meds...
Am I the only one that has horrible pains in my hips while I sleep it's horrible I can never lay on one side longer than 30 minutes 🤦🏽 ♀
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Anyone know what causes pain in my shoulder it's like the joint by my armpit n shoulder lol. It's a ripping n burning pain? I cant lift anything. It hurtssss

Hot cloths before you nurse, ice packs or gel soothing nipple pads along after you nurse and nipple cream. The hot cloths with a little massage worked wonders for me!

I went through the same thing because my son had a strong latch. They have nipple shields also put a warm wash cloth on your breasts

It should not be that painful. If it is that means your baby does not have a good latch. Call the hospital and ask about lactation services. Go to wic for breastfeeding help. Look for a LLL in your area. Don't give up without getting some help first.

I was told to lay your baby on your chest and it'll move around and find your breast by itself. And try not to force baby on the boob. @cheylea5 As for being sore, you should let your doctor know, he will be able to help you better than anyone here.
