I know zyrtec is on the list of approved medications I can take but I feel me taking it everyday could be bad 🙁 But if I don't take it my allergies are so bad I can't breath? What should I do?

I take 3 Zyrtec a day for severe skin allergies. Don't worry, it's safe.
Is it bad that I don't take my prenatals ?! They made me extremely sick at the beginning of my pregnancy and since I'm still throwing everything up I just don't take them 😪
