I finally reached my goal!! #6_weeks_post_delivery I can fit into all of my jeans again!!! Just not my favorite pair of capris ... But that's ok!! Check up is next week and then I start my own "boot camp" to get my summer body back!
I've thought about that also, not getting enough sleep then trying to excercise.. It's going to take more energy but it can be done..:)
Awe thanks!!! Yes ... I'm getting anxious, just hope I have the energy to. My hubs doesn't help get up with the baby at night since he has to be at work so early so ... I never get more than 3-4 hours of sleep at a time. Sometimes less
Start off with yoga or walking the baby first! Don't exhaust yourself!
