I have five weeks left for my ladybug to be here and I have NOTHING ready. did anyone else do everything last minute?…

Got informed I got to be out of my house on the 1st because their selling it, have been looking for a new place but it's super hard I'm 36 weeks and I hardly have anything at all, and I'm low on money since I haven't been working due to high risk pregnancy. & don't actually have family to turn to or stay with. I'll probably be living in a motel room when my daughter gets here :/

I would start up and put everything in storage so you have it when you move! I think that would be less stressful. I was supposed to be moved into my house at the end of April. lol now it's almost June and it doesn't look like I'll be there soon! @miicat

the walls are getting done and then I'm having my husband start the nursery. right now the top priority is a kitchen, because we don't even have one yet 😥 @summerbaby89

@mrsdoyle I kinda had the same plan, but I have no idea whether we're going to land an apartment anytime soon 😓 So now after reading your post I'm thinking maybe I should start in a month after my trip idk 😱

I felt the same, everyone that was due around me was prepared super early and now I'm 33 weeks and barely caught up, still need some last minute stuff, It will fall into place for u, believe me you will be ok, and if your fixing up the house, maybe could u at least see if the nursery could be top priority so u can at least start on that for piece of mind?

I'm very much a last minute person, I haven't bought anything yet, don't have an apartment, but I'm only almost 16 weeks, however I think I should step up my game soon... 😅

we have a house, it's just getting worked on, and it's taking longer than it should so we have to sleep at his mom's. and my baby shower is next week, but I don't think many people will be there! I keep seeing all these moms having everything ready with 12 weeks to go and I only five and barely have anything! I'm hoping after my shower I can figure out what else I need! @summerbaby89

I hear u on feeling unprepared tho, I was in your exact same shoes until last week about 6 days ago, we moved and then I had my baby shower so I was definitely relating to your panic mode feeling! are u looking for a place to live? no baby shower?

oh I see, being high risk is scary but only having to go to 36 weeks is nice, I wouldn't mind giving birth in only three weeks lol

I'm high risk, and they are inducing me at 36 weeks to reduce health risks for the both of us. @summerbaby89
