hey lovely bumpy ladies,

just looking for a bit of reassurance really I'm 27 weeks with my 2nd baby and really struggling with exhaustion. I'm not sleeping well and have really bad hip n back pain atm, I also work 3 10 hour shifts a week. Is this normal or should I get checked out??

pregnant people get tired in general so working 10 hrs straight 3 times a weeks will definitely be very uncomfortable

Have you checked your iron and b12 levels? They're often low in pregnancy, mine were and I got an iron supplement and I get b12 from oat milk that I put in my cereal, but unfortunately it didn't help with the exhaustion for me.. 😞 So might be we just have a very exhausting pregnancy this time around. It's still worth getting them sorted out though.

I was doing the same shifts 10 hrs a day 3 days a week and it gave me the worst pain ever I had to leave at 27 weeks and do a month and half holiday pay and start my maternity leave.
