For me it felt like menstrual cramps.

I've been wondering the same thing. I've been having such bad back pain that it takes my breath away and I cant move!

Basically the worst pain ever and there is like no distinct stopping and starting of the contraction it's just a bunch of pain the whole time. Back labor is the worst.
